English Paper Piecing is becoming a very popular quilting project! Take it with you anywhere, and you can use up scraps, too. In this class you’ll learn the concept of EPP, and make a textile that can be fashioned into a wallhanging or pillowtop.
Skill level —beginner plus. You do not need to know anything about quilting or EPP, but you should have some basic skills in hand sewing, such as threading a needle and tying knots.

About Instructor - Karen is a former elementary school teacher. She started a business in 2013 making classical ballet tutus and other costumes. She has been sewing all her life, starting on a Holly Hobby sewing machine. Recently she has been honing her garment-making skills with courses in couture sewing. In 2016, Karen expanded her sewing business to include custom sewing and alterations. She teaches sewing and knitting to both adults and children. Karen’s other interests include embroidery, quilting and knitting, as well as volunteering with a Dog Rescue group.
