Intro to sewing - August 24th - Evening

Fabric Crush

Start sewing from a sewing dictionary, threading a machine, tools, fabric and easy sewing patterns. 

Within this class we will sew two small projects with free patterns (patterns to be given in class)

What will you learn?

  • Learn sewing machine basics
  • Make a bobbin
  • Pin/Clip Fabric to get it ready to sew
  • Learn a multiple of stitches and seam finishes
  • Thread your machine
  • Cut out fabric
  • Sew a straight line as well as pivoting

Skill level — Beginner no previous knowledge required (if sewing machine is required please mention in notes) *limited quantities

When — Friday August 24th, 6 pm - 9 pm

About Instructor:  

Jenna-Rae-  is a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful children and has been happily married for 8 incredible years. She has a natural ability to pull the creativity from each of her students and watches with sheer joy as they surprise themselves with skills they never thought they had. She believes that God has given each of us His creative genes and she adores teaching others about sewing and how to use their creativity!
