Intro to knits --  This is a beginner class for anyone who has sewn before but never sewn with knits & wants to extend their knowledge what knit fabrics are, how to shop for them online without ever having felt them, and how to sew with them on a regular sewing machine (sergers will NOT be used for this class)
>>In class we will be sewing children's underwear. You can choose a variety of styles and sizes varying from 6mnths- 12 yrs. Boxers or briefs depending on the child's preference! Learn how to work with a PDF pattern and all sorts of things you need to know before working with knits. 
Pattern and supplies not included in class cost

About instructor - Christine, originally a self taught quilter, discovered the world of knits last year and has jumped right in. Mom to two little ones and wife to a gentle giant, she has embraced having an outlet for her creativity that also yields beautiful and useful pieces.

***We ask that you bring your own machine and make sure it is in working order. Please note if you do not have a machine that is ok but please make note when checking out so we can reserve one for you.***
